What is the serving size of the food?
Our catering buffet’s food portions are based on a 1:1 ratio. We provide the exact amount of food that you have ordered, ensuring no shortage or excess.
Can I request vegetarian food options
If I’m a vegetarian? Yes, we do serve vegetarian meals upon request. Please contact us for more information.
How long does the setup and catering service last, and are there charges for extended hours?
Our event team will start setup 1 hour before the event. The catering service will last for 3 hours. If you need extended hours, there will be a charge of RM50 per hour. For extensions after 10 pm, there will be a midnight charge of RM100 per hour.
How many days ahead should I place my order?
Orders should be placed at least 3 days before the event.
Can I postpone my order?
Order postponements within 3 months of the original function date are allowed, but availability is not guaranteed. For postponements longer than 3 months, the deposit will be forfeited.
